Brevoir Terminal is a market intelligence platform for private market investors. It provides real-time sector momentum data, deal flow tracking, risk assessment, competitive analysis, and portfolio intelligence across global startup ecosystems.
Important: Brevoir provides informational data and market intelligence only. Nothing on this platform constitutes investment advice, and no information should be interpreted as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any investment.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as necessary.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Brevoir Terminal offers a free tier and paid subscription plans: Scout ($49/month), Investor ($99/month), and Syndicate ($249/month). All prices are in USD and subject to applicable taxes.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or the Stripe billing portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Annual billing discounts are available and are non-refundable once the billing period has started.

All content, intelligence data, scoring methodologies, user interface designs, and proprietary algorithms are the property of Brevoir Labs. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works from the Service without written permission.
You retain ownership of any data you upload or input into the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Brevoir Labs does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any intelligence data.
Market intelligence is inherently uncertain. Confidence scores and momentum indicators are estimates based on available information and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for investment decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brevoir Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Brevoir Labs and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect, use, and protect your information as described therein.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
You may request account deletion and data export at any time by contacting support.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for material changes that affect your subscription.
The Service integrates with third-party providers for research, payment processing, and infrastructure. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services. Your use of such services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right.
